When the television series Space Academy was proposed, here is how the academy vessel was described.

" THE SPACE ACADEMY "

An enormous space platform which houses several thousand people and contains an enormous university, numerous launch pads, landing fields, various environments and all manner of support vehicles and services that enable the space academy to carry out its mission of providing a permanent base from which it can push man's frontiers ever forward. "

Here I present my take on an academy class starship.

Various components of Pitchers, Cups, Plastic Sphere, Packaging Material, Cat Food Covers make up the large bodies. Champaign cups dremeled to become Environmental domes. The base is made up of layers of styrofoam sheet. Kitbashing will add small details. I plan to use spray foam insulation as the asteroid material.
